Defending or prosecuting a case with independent exam medical components are not always easy; attorneys may be skilled, experienced, and educated, but they are not medical professionals and so the finer points of a personal injury or malpractice case may not be easy to get a handle on. This is where a medical consultant can make all the difference. Whether you need an experienced observer to attend an exam or a qualified medical professional to review the case notes and provide insights a medical consultant can give you the edge you need to represent your client to the best of your abilities. If you don’t need specialist information, but instead want input from an experienced medical practitioner who worked on the front lines of healthcare provision, a legal nurse consultant is for you. In fact, in many cases, a nurse can be the best person to talk to about a patient’s case; while physicians make the diagnosis and care plan, it is the nurse who provides all aspects of care.

As experienced health care providers, we have seen it all; injuries, accidents, and malpractice allegations are something that all nurses see or experience during their careers; we can put this experience to work for you and your clients. From product liability to criminal cases, we are on-hand to support you every step of the way. All you have to do is contact us at lynn@ebldkh.lynnbelcherinc.com, or on 702-843-4989. We are available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm (MST).

Meet the Team

All of our consultants are actively working in healthcare. Keeping their knowledge skills and expertise current with todays standards of independent exams and healthcare inovations.
